Drift Cycle is a La Crosse public bike share program serving as an integral part of the transportation network

Drift Cycle public bike share launched in April 2021 in the beautiful city of La Crosse, Wisconsin located between
the shores of the Mississippi and the scenic bluffs of the Driftless region. La Crosse Neighborhoods, Inc. serves as
the host non-profit for this volunteer-led, public-private partnership of generous local businesses and institutions
looking to improve our community.
We are excited to build on our 2nd successful year with over 4800 riders to date!
For 2023 we have added two serval sponsors and 5 new stations - ViaroHealth, Charmont,
Weber Group, Mayo Health, Aging and Disabilities Resource Center of La Crosse, Chad Erickson
Memorial, and an additional UWL sponsorship. This year 75 bikes will be located around the city
at 15 sponsored stations for visitors, commuters, and community members to enjoy. Future phases will
serve additional sponsors and rider demand so that someday 100+ bicycles may be widely available
throughout the La Crosse area and region.
